Try these steps: 1. Open the invoice and try to Save it as PDF (File menu->Save as PDF).if unable to save as PDF,follow unable to save as PDF. 2. To e-mail a form from a program other than Microsoft Outlook, change the QuickBooks preference: 3. Select the Edit menu and select Preferences > Send Forms. 4. Click the My Preferences tab and select the QuickBooks E-mail option. 5. Click OK.
