Today I was having problems installing the System Center Configuration Manager Client to Machines in my customer's network. Checking the ccc.log in the %PrograFiles%/SystemCenter folder\Logs\ you can see the errors been reported. There were a lot of unable to login with "domain\account" unable to access "machine\admin$" even with the administrator domain account. I discovered that adding my DNS suffix to my network card resolved the issue. To add a DNS suffix Open your Network Card Properties, TCP\IP Properties in the Advance Tab Use DNS suffix then add yourdomain.local, click Apply. Retry to install and monitor you ccc.log. Hope this works for your as it did for me.
